#22 the end of the journey

Great opportunity to see the advances in technology, however I cannot see myself sitting at a computer for hours on end. I enjoyed flickr and podcasts and could could see myself using these tools. Blogging I can see could be useful as a diary and informing others of your activities especially if you were travelling.
It is a relief to finally make it to the end, you never know I may go back and have a play now that I know what is available

#21world ebook

This is just amazing. Some people would find this very exciting as they can have up to date titles and info at their fingertips. Personally Inothing would replace the book as I find it very difficult to read from a screen.

#20 podcasts

i searched around and listened to some music but found it frustrating because
so many that I clicked on needed quick time to open. Listened to library news from Black Rock library. This could be a source to spread news about the library and its resources and activities

#19 youtube

A blast from the past. I chose this video to take me back to my childhood!!!!
This could be used in the library website for talking about book reviews or up and coming events. Could even show layout of libraries, how the renovations are coming along etc.

I have eplored a site from the web 2.0 awards. I looked at events. Unfortunately none were listed for the Geelong area so had to look further afield - Melbourne.
This site could be used for advertising the librarys events

My Document

Finally a new page has opened for me and I can write a few words. I can see that using this site as a word processor has great advatages. No need for certain software and can be used anywhere anytime.

Frustrated once again. Tried to add a picture but no luck.
